Rainy Day in California

Yesterday was another lazy day with nothing planned so Nancy and I went for a combination bike ride and geocaching adventure. There are lots of geocaches around so we did not have to ride far.  The most exciting part of the day was when Nancy fell off her bike, luckily no serious injuries. In the afternoon our Louisiana friends made gumbo and we had a pot luck dinner.
Today it started raining early this morning and has rained all morning, it is now almost noon. We visited the local farmer's market and bought some fruit. The local people are amazed by the rain, they haven't seen any in months.
 There is a Hawaiian festival at the fairgrounds next to our campground but the rain is putting a damper on things.  Hopefully, the rain will abate this afternoon and we can check it out.

Footnote:  The rain finally stopped and we did check out the Aloha Festival. Unfortunately, one of the hula girls offered Yoda a lei, he thought she said "lay", there was an ugly scene and we had to leave.
