Heading south

Monday was another free day so Nancy and I did some grocery shopping and we also bought memory foam mattress topper to go on our lousy RV mattress.
After noon Nancy rode back up the valley with some friends while I took a bike ride.

Today we head south to Monterey.  The weather is very nice this week with temps in 70s and 80s.

Gas is about 50 cents higher here than the national average.  The cheapest regular is $3.97.

Update:  we had an unevenful drive to Watsonville on the Monterey Bay.  Since we arrived before our check-in time we stopped at the beach for lunch and some beach combing.
