Sunday we took the train to Newcastle and the nearby Metro Centre shopping mall. The mall was huge, at least four times larger than anything in Nashville. The restaurant area was almost as large as the Stones River Mall in Murfreesboro. After the mall we went to a nearby IKEA which was an experience in itself. On our return trip our train was delayed because someone was spotted trespassing on the tracks. Our return trip took over 2 hours instead of 30 minutes.
It was another cool day with a high of about 50 deg F. but no rain.
