After sitting on the tarmac at Nashville for 2 hours we finally arrived in Chicago after 7pm. Our flight to Dublin was scheduled for 8pm but was also delayed until 10pm, then we sat on the tarmac again for another hour before taking off. Finally arrived in Dublin at noon their time having spent over 12 hrs aboard the planes yesterday. The good news is that our 8 hr layover in Dublin is only going to be 5 hrs barring another delay!
Nancy fell asleep while waiting for takeoff in Chicago so when the plane started taking off it scared the crap out of her. Looking forward to getting to Newcastle and seeing Megan !
