Today we started out with a visit to a bead store. Hard to believe there is a whole store just devoted to beads. They did have some other Mardi Gras costumes, tshirts and decorations. We were then treated to another great meal at a place called "The Shed" in Scott,LA, a very good barbeque place that started in Miss.
After lunch we traveled to a little town called Church Point and visited a small store that features arts and crafts, clocks and some souvenirs. The elderly couple that own the store treated us to some Cajun stories and music.
The building the store is in was once a feed store and carriage shop.
